Mind Australia, in partnership with headspace Box Hill, is seeking an Intake and Brief Intervention Practitioner to support young people aged 12–25. The role involves brief interventions, referrals and care coordination within a supportive, recovery-oriented framework.

The position is permanent part time in Box Hill, with a strong emphasis on family and carer engagement, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to improve mental health outcomes.
