This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and takes pride in getting the details right. As the Bathurst Area Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day presentation and operation of our Bathurst properties, acting as the local point of contact for property owners, guests, cleaners, tradespeople and our Orange-based management team. You will have the flexibility to plan and manage your own schedule while working closely with the Orange office. Regular communication, reporting and check-ins will ensure you have the support and direction required to maintain our high standards. Hours are flexible across the week, with occasional weekend and after-hours availability required for urgent guest matters.

Key responsibilities

Conduct regular property inspections and report on presentation and maintenance

Coordinate cleaners, linen services, gardeners and tradespeople

Quality-check cleaning, maintenance and changeover standards

Manage property changeovers, access, keys and lockboxes

Respond to local guest issues and urgent property matters

Restock consumables, amenities and welcome items

Build positive relationships with property owners

Assist with preparing new properties for launch

Identify maintenance and improvement opportunities

Maintain accurate property records, reports and photographs

About you

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage your own schedule

Property, real estate, hospitality or short-term accommodation experience preferred but not essential

Current driver's licence and good driving record

Comfortable using smartphones, apps and cloud-based systems

Flexible to respond to occasional urgent issues outside standard hours

Strong knowledge of the Bathurst area is a genuine advantage
