Analyst/Senior Analyst - Valuation (Sydney)

Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary : Circa 75k - 95k including super (depends on experience)

We are looking for relationship-driven leaders to join the Corporate Finance/Deal division in Top 10 Chartered Accountant firms in the world.

Responsibilities

- Support valuation engagements through financial modelling, analysis, research, and explicit report writing across ASX‑listed and private companies
- Undertake valuations of businesses, equity interests, financial instruments, and intangible assets for transaction, tax, and financial reporting purposes
- Conduct market research, client interviews, and commercial/financial analysis to inform valuation outcomes
- Prepare reports and proposals while building strong relationships with clients, senior staff, and internal teams

Qualifications

- A relevant university degree in Finance/Accounting
- CA qualified/on the CA pathway, and/or pursuing a relevant Master degree
- 2.5+ years in corporate finance, audit (Big 4 or mid‑tier), or equities analysis, with solid exposure to financial modelling and business analysis
- Proven experiencein financial modelling (Excel and related tools)
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-management ability
