This QLD based not-for-profit organisation plays a vital role offering essential support to children and young adults with physical disabilities, neuromuscular conditions, developmental delays, and neurodiverse conditions.
They are seeking a passionate and client-focused New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join their team near Woodridge!
Part time and full-time roles available!
New Graduate Support:
- Weekly 1:1 Supervision
- Workshadowing Opportunities
- Peer Mentoring
- 12 Week Learning Program - covers NDIS reporting & assessments etc.
- Gradual increase of caseload over 6 months

- Work Flexibility:
Option to work a 9 day fortnight & choose your start and finish times

- Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist with 6+ Years Experience
- Fortnightly peer meetings : meet with other OT's within your team to recieve extra clinical support
- Weekly scheduled team meetings , case discussions and project work

The Role:
You will support clients ages 2-18 presenting with a diverse range of physical and neurodiverse conditions, in clinic and community settings.
Responsibilities include conducting 1:1 assessments, prescribing evidence based interventions, and facilitating 1:1 and group therapy sessions. You'll also learn how to write NDIS reports and recommendations, with the help of the Senior leadership team of course!

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
