Access Telehealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced aged care clinical care in Launceston, Tasmania, practising one day per week with full NP autonomy and clinical depth within a structured, well-supported model.
You will work across Residential Aged Care Homes with other clinicians, delivering prescribing, assessment and care planning, while leveraging dedicated nurse support and in-house after-hours coverage to ensure continuity of care.
