Regia Ceramica, partnering with a well-established NDIS provider in Sydney's Inner West, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for a SIL home. Lead a team of Disability Support Workers, ensure a high standard of person-centred care, and keep the home running smoothly.
Reporting to the SIL Manager, you will manage rostering, workforce planning, participant services and compliance while coordinating with families, Support Coordinators and allied health specialists.
