EML is seeking a Dispute Resolution Officer in Melbourne to pro-actively manage and resolve disputes with a focus on positive outcomes. The role is permanent, full time, based in Melbourne with up to three days of work-from-home per week, subject to performance.
You will engage with multiple stakeholders, attend conciliation conferences, and work with Case Managers to ensure timely, compliant resolution in line with relevant Acts and guidelines. EML supports learning, development and wellbeing.
