Infinite Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our fast-paced Operational team at the Cornubia site in Logan. This full-time, in office role reports to the Facility Manager and drives rostering for day, afternoon and night shifts, ensuring staffing coverage for residents, families and health professionals.

You will lead roster management, backfill shifts, coordinate with the workforce optimisation team, and train staff on timekeeping systems.
