We are a small practice, looking for a passionate Physiotherapist who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of their patients. Role
This is a full-time role for a motivated Physiotherapist. In this role, you will manage a diverse musculoskeletal caseload through 45-minute consultations, allowing you the time to deliver high-quality assessments, hands-on treatment, and exercise-based rehabilitation across both gym and hydrotherapy settings. You will work in a supportive, community-focused practice where building meaningful patient relationships and achieving long-term outcomes is of the highest value. Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy
- Current registration and compliance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Professional indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
Skills & Experience
- While 3+ years of experience is preferred, we are flexible for candidates who demonstrate robust clinical skills and enthusiasm to learn
- Sound knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
- Experience in managing an independent caseload of musculoskeletal patients
- Ability to conduct assessments, accurately diagnose conditions, develop and implement personalised treatment plans
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, autonomy and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with patient's and the wider healthcare team
- Additional certifications or specialised training in areas such as Women's Health is highly desirable
Role Hours and Pay Rate
- 36 hours (4-5 days) / week
- Base weekly wage with incentives + super and tax
- Remuneration rate based on experience
- Professional development allowance for the right candidate
