Full Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of our construction projects. The role involves assisting the Project Manager in overseeing site activities, ensuring quality, safety and environmental compliance and managing resources effectively.

Successful candidates will be required to complete the following tasks:

- Support the Project Manager in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project scope,



budget and program.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors to manage labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and procurement requirements.
- Monitor project progress, costs and variations, and assist with reporting, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with clients and project stakeholders to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues.
- Ensure construction activities meet quality requirements, approved plans, specifications and relevant ITPs.
- Promote strong WHS practices across the project, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, inspections, inductions and compliance with project safety requirements.
- Support environmental compliance and project completion activities, including environmental controls, commissioning, handover and close‑out.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly report

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Relevant qualification at the level of a Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering plus at least 2 years experience.
- Have the ability to follow up and follow through on instructions and tasks allocated by your manager
