Job Description

The opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Grafton clinic and servicing the surroundingClarence Valley region as a locum.

You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and take on an existing NDIS and community aged care caseload for a period of 2- 4 months. Things you will be doing;

- Delivering in-home services through a variety of community aged care programs, including;Home modifications Equipment and adaptive aids prescription Pressure injury risk assessment and reporting
- Functional assessments and reports Deliver NDIS servicesTypes of referrals: Neurological disorders, Physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders,



spinal cord injuries Functional assessments and reports
- Assistive technology assessment and reports Ongoing therapy for capacity building for daily activities Cognitive assessments

Not required, but if Paediatrics is an area of interest this is an area we are able to support building a caseload in.

Requirements:

- Hold an Occupational Therapy degree
- Robust organisation and communication skills
- Valid police check
- Valid drivers licence
