About the Role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll provide financial oversight, analysis and decision support across their referral segment and the national Marketing & Customer Experience portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll be the go-to finance partner for Commercial Customer Managers, Business Managers, the national marketing team and key account managers, helping them make confident, well-informed commercial calls.

What You'll Be Doing

Day to day, you'll own financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for healthcare business units across multiple geographical zones, as well as the national marketing function, and you'll review revenue, costs and profitability by zone against budget metrics and KPIs.



You'll also partner with the property team to understand site-level profitability and the impact of referral volume and cost changes.

- Support key account managers on major national and state-based group deals with reporting, forecasting and KPI tracking
- Track cost and benefit outcomes for marketing spend and digital enablers
- Provide financial governance and analysis for business cases and capital investment decisions

What You'll Bring

You don't need to tick every box to be a strong fit. If you bring most of this and are genuinely curious about the rest, we'd like to hear from you. You'll have a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering, and strong financial modelling, investment appraisal and business case evaluation skills.
