The Wilton at Bingara Gorge, a recent venue from the Feros Group, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and shape the venue's culinary vision.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily food service operations, mentoring 20+ staff, designing creative menus with our Culinary Director, and controlling costs.
You will uphold HACCP and health and safety standards, foster a positive kitchen culture, and collaborate with Venue Management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
