Forensicare is Victoria's specialist forensic mental health service. Ravenhall Correctional Centre in VIC seeks a highly experienced Intensive Case Manager to coordinate care for people with significant mental illness in a custodial setting.

You will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop recovery plans, coordinate multidisciplinary interventions and advocate for positive consumer outcomes, within a trauma-informed framework.
