About the Position
This is an opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our client's dispensary team in Bendigo, working closely with the Pharmacy Manager to deliver forward-facing, skilled pharmacy services. You will dispense and check medications, counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter care, and work across a broad scope of professional services including vaccinations, MedsCheck, dose administration aids, sleep apnoea services, heart health and wound care. The role also involves mentoring dispensary technicians, pharmacy assistants and intern pharmacists, and contributing to a team environment with a genuine focus on continuous improvement and patient outcomes.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and current general registration with AHPRA under the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting, with evidence of clinical practice
- Sound knowledge of dispensing software and over-the-counter product ranges
- Commitment to ongoing continuing professional education
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to patient care

Desirable:




- Experience mentoring or training pharmacy staff
- People management experience
