Auto & General is seeking a Conversational AI Designer to craft intuitive, engaging chatbot and AI-assisted experiences within Agentic AI solutions. You will shape dialogues, personas, and customer journeys to ensure seamless interactions and brand-aligned conversations.

You’ll lead end-to-end design from scripts to documentation, collaborating with product owners, analysts, and compliance teams to balance user needs with risk controls and ethical AI principles.
