We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory, building solid relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

AsTerritory Manager , you’ll be responsible for growing and strengthening partner relationships while driving new sales across your assigned territory. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on maximising partner potential, increasing claims volume, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving new business opportunities through regular face-to-face engagement and proactive relationship management
- Managing and nurturing existing partner relationships to increase referrals and repeat business
- Identifying sales opportunities and expansion strategies across new and existing industries
- Delivering client training and education on the Compass value proposition




- Maintaining strong internal relationships to ensure alignment and seamless partner and client outcomes
- Contributing innovative ideas and commercial insights to support broader business growth initiatives
- Collaborating with the sales team and actively participating in meetings and territory planning

This is a results-driven role where field execution, relationship management, and commercial focus come together to deliver measurable outcomes within your territory.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a field-based territory
- Commercial mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales and claims targets
- Innovative, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and sales teams
- Experience in the automotive industry (e.g. spare parts, repairers, dealerships) is desirable but not essential
- Experience in the motor trade (e.g. smash repairs, dealerships, or parts) is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable working in the field and performing in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
