The role involves embedding within residential aged-care facilities, working alongside residents, nurses, GPs and care teams, and delivering clinical pharmacy services across Sydney.
The ideal candidate is ACOP credentialed, AHPRA registered, and passionate about improving medication outcomes through team-oriented practice with multidisciplinary teams.
