AIC Mines is seeking a Chef for Eloise Copper Mine, FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane. The role involves leading a kitchen team, fresh food, and a flexible menu. Shifts are 12 hours, alternating day and night on a strict 8/6 and 7/7 roster, with accommodation onsite and a focus on safety and teamwork.
Ideal candidates hold a Cert III or higher in chef training, are ready to start within 3–4 weeks, and can work in a remote mining environment with solid communication and mentoring skills.
