As the morning magic unfolds, you'll be ready to welcome guests back from their unforgettable Wallabies at Dawn experience with freshly brewed coffee, great food, and a warm smile. Wit new café opening hours and a refreshed guest experience, we're searching for a Food & Beverage Lead to help bring our café to life.

- Consistent hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm

What You Will Do

- Crafting quality coffee with confidence
- Creating memorable guest experiences through genuine, friendly service
- Taking orders and keeping service flowing smoothly
- Basic food preparation and service
- Managing stock levels, ordering and inventory control
- Supporting waste management and cost-conscious operations
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere guests will want to return to

What You Will Bring

- Loves making great coffee
- Enjoys connecting with people




- Takes pride in delivering exceptional service
- Do Food Safely | Food handling, or equivalent certification
- Has experience in cafés, hospitality or food service
- Is organised, reliable and happy to roll up their sleeves
