About this Role
We are keen to find an exceptional Senior Associate Professional Learning and to backfill for twelve months while the incumbent is on parental leave.
This role works in close partnership with the Director of Professional Learning to ensure the effective coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional learning initiatives, programs, and events across the School. Key to this position is the ability to manage end-to-end programs and events, support teacher accreditation and compliance requirements, and ensure the effective administration of key systems and processes including Career development Reviews (PDR) and professional learning records.

What You Will Do
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director of Professional Learning including calendar invites, meeting
- coordination, and the preparation of presentations, data summaries, and impact reports
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Learning events including conferences and staff days
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with key external stakeholders, including Independent Schools
- NSW (ISNSW) tertiary providers, and training organisations
- Manage external Professional Learning bookings and maintain staff Professional Learning records
- Manage Teacher Accreditation administration and record keeping
- Coordinate administration processes for the supervision of Professional Experience practicum placements
- Manage the PDR process including communications and reminders
- Manage Professional Learning visual assets and promotional materials
- Create user-friendly guides, videos, and instructional resources to support professional development
- Deliver internal training and capability-building sessions as required
- Monthly credit card reconciliation and invoice payments
What You Will Bring

- deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), colleagues and visitors
- Ability to work both within a small high-trust team, and independently as required
- Proven experience delivering professional executive and administrative support services
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong written / verbal communication skills, and ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and engaging professional learning content
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Proven digital capability including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with data and systems and use information to present information and inform decisions
- Experience in budget tracking and financial administration
- A valid Working with Children Clearance (WWCC).
Experience in a school setting, familiarity with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Teacher Accreditation process, experience organising large scale events, and skills in creating newsletters and intranet content would all be well regarded.
