Lactalis Australia seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leaders and employees across our Nambour and Richlands operations, driving business performance and building a high-engagement culture.

Reporting to the Site Manager with a dotted line to the Head of HR - Industrial, you will lead HR & IR initiatives, advise on employee relations, lead enterprise negotiations, and support leadership capability and workforce engagement.
