Metro North Health's Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital is seeking a Senior Social Worker - Internal Medicine to deliver advanced psychosocial assessment, risk management, counselling and discharge planning within a busy tertiary hospital.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patient-centred care and advocate for patients, families and carers while contributing to service improvement and complex care pathways including Residential Aged Care, QCAT and NDIS.
