Grand Pacific Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to lead short-term, evidence-based mental health support for older adults in residential aged care facilities in the North Sydney region.

You will complete assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver therapy, working closely with clients, families, and staff within an integrated hub team reporting to the Service Manager. The role offers full time hours with a fixed-term through mid-2027 and various staff benefits.
