Bodycare Workplace Solutions is seeking dedicated Aged Care Clinical Assessors to join our multidisciplinary health team, delivering assessments across Melbourne’s Southern & Eastern suburbs to help older Australians live independently at home.

You’ll conduct face-to-face assessments to determine eligibility for My Aged Care supports, develop client-centred plans using a wellness and reablement approach, and liaise with referral sources.
