Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic health service in Western Australia to help them find a Renal Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

- Salary of $105,908.00 plus per annum pro rata plus super

Some of the main responsibilities you will be responsible for are:

- Manage a client case load and deliver culturally safe nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and best practice guidelines as required.
- Provide a holistic approach to client care, contributing to the multidisciplinary team and making referrals as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous quality improvement at the Renal Health Centre.

You will be working for a Renal Service which includes 4 Renal Health Centres which are located in Fitzroy Crossing, Broome, Kununurra, and Derby as well as a mobile prevention unit.





The incidence of kidney disease in the Kimberley is one of the highest in Australia. Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) incidence within the Aboriginal population of the Kimberley greatly exceeds the national burden of disease. Dialysis prevalence for this region has more than tripled in the last decade and is increasing at a much faster rate than in the rest of Western Australia (WA).

To be eligible for this position you must:

- Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- At least 18 months current experience in haemodialysis nursing or working towards a Certificate in Nephrology will be highly regarded.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as an effective team member and role model.
