Administration Officer – Full-Time Monday to Friday | Full time

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Entering and maintaining all work order history
- Scanning and attaching timesheets
- Attaching drawings and relevant documentation
- Processing invoices and service entries
- General administrative duties as required
- Filing and document management
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Supporting the wider team with administrative requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience using SAP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to accuracy and deadlines
