About the Centre

Located on Riverland Road, Aspire Riverfield is located within the Farm Gate Local development, a new and thriving shopping precinct in Clyde. Supporting families in the growing Clyde community, we are excited to welcome families to our brand recent childcare centre.

Located within a new and convenient shopping precinct for Riverfield residents and the wider community, we are excited to open another Aspire centre in the ever-growing suburb of Clyde.

With community at the heart of everything we do at Aspire, our centre’s host a range of community events, internal celebrations and cultural programs throughout the year for our families. These events ensure the children can be part of the community throughout their entire early learning journey.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader for our Toddler space, working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you will lead your room, mentor educators and deliver high quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.





- Leading the daily operations of the non-funded Kindergarten Space
- Developing and implementing age appropriate learning programs
- Building strong relationships with children, families and team
- Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture

About You

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification
- Proven experience as a Room Leader within the relevant age group
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
- Ability to lead, inspire and support a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for high quality early learning and care
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
