Key responsibilities
Work closely with Restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations
Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
Managing and coordinating all events and functions
Handling guests requests in a genuine and qualified manner
Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
About you
Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role for no less than 2 years
Full working rights in Australia
A calm and professional approach to their job
Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
Staff and customer service focused
Restaurant industry experience is essential for this Assistant Manager position
A competitive salary package on offer $70,000 - $80,000 pa + superannuation
Candidates must live in Australia and have full Australian work rights to be eligible.
