Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for technical support across Head Office and store network in Melbourne. You’ll troubleshoot, log incidents, and support hardware, software, network and POS systems in a busy multi-site retail setting.
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Services Manager, you’ll provide 1st/2nd line support, maintain documentation, participate in after-hours on-call, and contribute to IT projects and store setups
