The Role
This role would be based in our Sydney office, and will support our Account Director in the implementation of our existing projects, as well as current and exciting campaigns around the country.
Our work is all about people, and as such, we are looking for someone who can engage with a large field team and get the best out of them. You need to be organised, logical and react well to sometimes strict time and budget restrictions.
You will be working on a huge variety of campaigns; from flash mobs to hit squad activity and festivals to shopping centre tours, with some awesome clients and brands. A key part of this role will be ensuring the right Mashers are booked on your campaigns (utilising our staff database, LiveForce),
these Mashers are motivated and briefed for each campaign day; whilst providing campaign logistical support to manager and Client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with promotional staff who represent Mash in-the-field.
- Responsible for development of staff briefing documents, ensuring all staff have received the necessary information ahead of a campaign.
- Attending staff training sessions.
- Receiving feedback from the staff and making suggestions on how this feedback could be implemented on current / future campaigns.
- Assist Mash’s Finance Team in checking and approving staff pay roll.
- Assisting your Account Manager in managing all logistical elements of a campaign including production, storage and transport.
Client Relationship Development
- Regular contact with all of your active clients.
- Working with your Account Manager in developing client relationships and ensuring that requests are dealt with effectively and in a timely fashion.
- Working with your Account Manager in proactively pre-empting problems before they arise and deliver solutions.
- Ensure Mash’s excellent service levels are maintained and maximised at all times.
- Responsibility to act in the Agency’s best interest at all times.
- Working with your Account Manager in producing campaign costs and ensuring any changes to costs during implementation are accurately recorded and sent to the client.
- Working with your Account Manager to ensure all Invoices are generated on time, accurately and in accordance with billing schedules.
