The role suits someone confident working across bar, bistro, gaming and floor operations who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining strong compliance standards.

About the Role

Fulltime or casual position with flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Bar and bistro service and customer engagement

Gaming room supervision and compliance

Maintaining responsible service standards and venue presentation

Current QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Current QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a busy team

Ability to work well under pressure

Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
