Shifts Available

- Day Shift - $43.06/hr (Mon-Fri, 5am or 6am starts)
- Afternoon Shift - $48.19/hr (Sun-Fri, 2pm, 3pm or 4pm starts)
- Night Shift - $53.33/hr (Sun-Thu, 10pm or 11pm starts)

We are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a busy pharmaceutical distribution warehouse based in Marsden Park .

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in RF scanning picking, decanting, automation picking, pallet picking and A-Frame filling who are looking for ongoing work in a professional warehouse environment.

Due to the nature of the pharmaceutical industry, accuracy, attention to detail, reliability and the ability to follow workplace procedures are essential.

About the Role

Your duties may include:

- RF scanning and order picking
- Decanting stock and replenishment
- Automation picking
- Pallet picking
- A-Frame filling
- Packing and preparing pharmaceutical orders for dispatch
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties
- Following warehouse procedures and safety requirements




- Maintaining high levels of accuracy when picking and packing orders
- Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous Pick Packing / Warehouse experience
- Experience using RF scanners
- Experience with RF scanning picking
- Experience with decanting
- Experience with automation picking
- Experience with pallet picking
- Experience with A-Frame filling
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable transport to Marsden Park
- Strong communication and a positive work ethic
- Ability to pass a Functional Assessment
- Ability to successfully complete skills testing
- Clean police record
