We are looking for a friendly, adaptable and well organised person to join our Women’s and Children’s data team, with a key focus on supporting out Palliative Intensive Care unit. Well-developed IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Previous experience in a hospital environment would be an advantage.
The post holder will support the data collection and submission of national and local databases, and work with individuals across the Division to produce data sets used for performance management, and governance purposes.
The post holder will oversee data coordination for palliative care in childhood cancer trials, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between care teams and administrative staff, training on data management, analysing data for quality improvement, preparing reports, managing patient documentation, and supporting palliative care research and administrative tasks.
