Tara Neighbourhood Centre is seeking a Family Support Worker to assist parents and families with information, resources and practical support. The role includes maintaining referral pathways, record-keeping and data collection in line with service contracts.
You will work as part of a community team to deliver planned, client-centred services while upholding privacy and confidentiality and coordinating with agencies to support safety and well-being in Tara.
