We are looking for a passionate pastry professional who takes pride in creating exceptional products and delivering consistently high standards. In this role, you will oversee daily pastry production, preparing a diverse range of desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and specialty items across our Dock 37 Restaurant, Banqueting, Club Lounge and High Tea.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce a range of desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, petit fours, and specialty items.
- Coordinate daily pastry production to meet service and function requirements.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with the development of seasonal menus and current pastry offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health and safety standards.

Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience in a pastry-focused role within a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Flexible approach to rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
