DiroDi is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and engaged team in Cheltenham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to many different areas of marketing rather than being limited to a single channel. You'll work across paid advertising, influencers and sponsorships, content, social media, email, SMS and customer reviews.

What You'll Be Doing

- Paid advertising: Help manage and optimise our Meta and Google advertising. Experience is valuable, but we're willing to train someone with the right aptitude and drive.

- Influencers & sponsorships: Find and reach out to potential influencers,



creators and sponsorship partners, coordinate deals and manage relationships and deliverables.

- Content: Help make sure we have a consistent pipeline of great content for advertising, social media and campaigns. Depending on your skills, you might create content yourself or coordinate others to produce it.

- Social media: Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook and look for ways to increase reach and engagement.

- Email & SMS: Build and schedule campaigns, maintain customer lists and segments, and help improve campaign performance.

- Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews, help generate more reviews and identify excellent customer feedback we can use in our marketing.

- Campaigns: Help coordinate marketing activity across channels and make sure campaigns, content and assets are delivered accurately and on time.

Who We're Looking For

- You're proactive. You notice things that could be better and take action rather than waiting to be told.

- You're curious. You genuinely want to develop your digital marketing skills and understand what makes marketing work.

- You're organised. You're comfortable having multiple campaigns, content requirements and relationships moving at once.

- You're a good communicator.



You're comfortable reaching out to people and representing DiroDi professionally.

- You're commercially aware. You understand that marketing ultimately needs to attract customers and help grow the business.

- You're comfortable working independently. You'll have support, but you'll also be expected to organise your work and follow things through.

- Previous experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, e-commerce, email/SMS, social media, influencer marketing or content creation would be useful, but we don't expect you to know everything.

- A marketing degree is not required.
