The Shift People is seeking a Program Worker – Domestic & Family Violence to support women and families across the Northern Rivers. The role focuses on DFV, homelessness, risk management and practical supports in Lismore, Tweed Heads and Ballina.
You will work in a hands-on, trauma-informed setting, providing specialist knowledge and guidance to Team Leaders while addressing safety concerns and navigating complex circumstances.
