We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Service Support Coordinator to join our growing Service Team.
This is a full-time role based at our Bayswater office. While the position is primarily office-based, flexible working arrangements may be considered where appropriate.

The Role
This is a hands-on operational role where you'll be a key link between our clients, technicians and wider team. You'll take ownership of service enquiries, solve problems, manage competing priorities and ensure our clients are kept informed along the way.
No two days are quite the same - you'll work across everything from day-to-day service enquiries and defect rectification through to technical questions, urgent faults and time-critical requests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Client & Service Coordination: Manage client enquiries and service requests, providing clear, timely communication and ensuring matters continue to progress.
- Job Ownership: Take ownership of requests from initial enquiry through to resolution, following up where needed and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Service & Technical Support: Assist clients with service reports, defects and technical enquiries, working with our technicians and Service Managers when specialist input is required.
- Urgent & Priority Works: Coordinate urgent and time-critical requests, balancing priorities and working with the wider team to achieve the best outcome.
- Problem Solving: Proactively work through service issues,
determine the appropriate next step and escalation when required.
- Team Collaboration: Be an active part of the wider Linkfire team, working collaboratively and contributing to a positive, supportive and solutions-focused workplace.
About You
Ideally, you'll have 1-2 years' experience in Fire, Essential Services (ESM), facilities maintenance or a similar service environment. However, if you have robust service coordination or client-facing experience in another industry and think your skills align, we'd still love to hear from you.
- Adaptable and organised, with the ability to confidently manage changing priorities.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with a focus on staying ahead of tasks and anticipating what’s needed.
- Accountable and solutions-focused, taking ownership and seeing tasks through to completion.
- A confident and professional communicator, comfortable communicating clearly with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
- A natural problem-solver, who enjoys finding practical solutions and working out the best way forward.
- Curious and willing to learn, with an interest in developing their technical knowledge and confidence in asking questions along the way.
