Grow Early Education Heathmont is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to guide our Nursery and lead a dynamic learning workplace. You will build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, and ensure health and safety policies are followed while supporting programme planning.
The role requires a Diploma in Children’s Services, WWCC, first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications, plus a solid understanding of EYLF/NQF and proven leadership in an early childhood setting.
