Duties & Responsibilities:





- Manage on your own small portfolio of just 50 properties
- Portfolios are capped at 100-120 properties
- Conduct routine inspections
- Prepare forms and other admin duties
- Entry and exit condition reports
- Maintenance and repairs
- Perfect for a Property Manager wanting a small but growing portfolio, or an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant looking to step up!

Skills and experience required for the role:

- Ideally 6-12 months of experience in a similar role
- VIC Agents Rep
- Avalid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
