Lifestyle Campers is looking for an energetic, confident and capable person to join our Sales & Marketing team in a hands-on role combining final quality control, pre-delivery, customer handovers and sales support.

We're looking for someone with a great eye for detail, strong personal accountability and plenty of ambition. Someone who enjoys being part of a team but also thrives when given individual responsibility and ownership of a job.

Your initial focus will be ensuring every Lifestyle Camper is properly quality controlled, presented and ready for its new owner. You'll be the final set of eyes on our vans before they reach our customers — so accuracy, presentation and pride in your work matter.

What You'll Do

- Complete final QC and pre-delivery inspections on finished caravans
- Ensure vans are detailed, correctly presented and ready for handover
- Conduct customer handovers, explaining how the van, appliances and systems operate
- Assist customers in our showroom and via phone and email
- Support our Sales Team with day-to-day customer interactions
- Attend and assist at caravan shows, trade shows and events
- Complete general sales administration and computer-based tasks
- Build a strong working knowledge of our entire product range

- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining how things work
- Computer literate and willing to learn
- A team player who also enjoys having their own responsibilities
- Ambitious and interested in qualified growth

Age is no barrier, and you don't need to come from the caravan industry. Experience in automotive, marine, trades, customer service, retail or similar could all translate well.

Where Could This Role Take You?

This is not initially a full-time sales position, but we'd love to find someone with the potential and ambition to eventually become one.

You’ll work alongside our Sales Team, attend shows, interact with customers and develop exceptional product knowledge — creating a fantastic foundation to potentially progress into a full-time Sales Professional role.
