About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and suitably qualified French teacher to join our Junior School team in 2027 on a Fixed Term contract for the 2027 academic year. This role involves teaching French across Prep to Year 6, four (4) days per week, helping students develop a love for language and culture from an early age.

The successful candidate will be committed to Christian education and to creating engaging, supportive learning experiences that help students flourish in all areas of their development.

A passionate and qualified French teacher with a heart for young learners and a strong personal faith, you bring creativity, warmth, and energy to the classroom, making French engaging and accessible for students from Prep to Year 6. You are skilled at communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues, and confident in your teaching practice, meeting the standards outlined in the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. You hold (or are eligible to obtain) a current Queensland Teacher Registration and a First Aid Certificate.
