Australian Red Cross Lifeblood – Brunswick Donor Centre in Brunswick VIC is hiring a Session Leader for an 18-month fixed-term role. You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring a safe, productive donor journey and high standards.

Reporting to the Donor Centre Manager, you’ll coach and develop your team, translate strategy into action, and drive improvements in safety, quality and customer experience. You’ll lead in a rotating roster and help deliver life-giving donations.
