West Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide first-line support for a 200-seat user community. You will work across end-user devices, infrastructure and software applications to ensure reliability and performance.
You will report to the IT Manager and collaborate with the System Administrator, handling ticketing in Jira, maintaining desktops and peripherals, and supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, VPN and other business apps while upholding security policies.
