Ringwood Swimming Club (RSC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic andmotivated Lead Junior Coach to work alongside our Head Coach in leading the club’sJunior Stream program.

RSC has a strong focus on developing young swimmers through a structured pathway fromdevelopment squads through to competitive age-group swimming. Our Junior Stream is avital part of this pathway, with a strong emphasis on building exceptional technical skills,race awareness and good training habits.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the club bydelivering high-quality coaching across our junior squads, fostering athlete development,and preparing swimmers for progression into our performance program.

With excellent facilities, an experienced and driven Head Coach, and a supportiveCommittee, this is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is passionate about athletedevelopment, performance and building a robust junior pathway.

As Lead Junior Coach, you will work with the Head Coach to design a program that willfurther develop and guide the swimmers to achieve their goals. You will be directlyresponsible for the coaching of our junior squads (ages 8-12), with the assistance of ourjunior coaches, under the guidance of the Head Coach.
