Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney's Surry Hills is hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator on a casual basis. You will help guests with menu questions, track orders, handle refunds and promos, and ensure a friendly, effective service experience across our stores.
Work with Zendesk, Braintree and Resto to resolve queries, support franchisees and internal teams, and contribute to a positive guest journey that reflects the GYG spirit and brand values every day.
