Your Connects in Roxburgh Park, Victoria is seeking an experienced support worker to assist participants with dementia in the community. The role emphasises companionship, social activities, independence and patient, respectful engagement.
You will follow individual support and behaviour plans and monitor wellbeing, reporting concerns promptly. Shifts are casual (TFN) with 8–10 hours per week to start, on Monday, Thursday and Friday in Roxburgh Park.
