We're seeking a customer-focused IT Support Technician to join an onsite IT support team in Melbourne. This hands‑on role involves providing Level 1 technical support, resolving desktop and device issues, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 onsite desktop and workstation support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Support device management through Microsoft Intune.
- Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing and meeting room AV equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues where required.
- Maintain accurate incident records and documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement.
- Work collaboratively within a small IT support team.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop hardware and software.
- Experience supporting:
- Microsoft Windows 10/11
- macOS
- iOS and Android devices
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Microsoft Intune
- Exposure to video conferencing and AV technologies is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Melbourne (5 days per week).
