Wellways in Cairns North is recruiting for the Way Back Support Service (TWBSS) to provide practical, compassionate after-care for people discharged from hospital following a suicide attempt or crisis. The program aims to reduce suicide risk by coordinating person-centred care that promotes safety, connection and hope.
